Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, MIS, Business Analytics, or related field with 3–5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience solving complex reporting or process problems using enterprise systems.
• US citizenship and ability to pass CJIS Background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced Excel workbooks, dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools.
• Analyze and reconcile operational data from ServiceNow and other sources for accurate program management and customer reporting.
• Identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Translate technical information into concise, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and management summaries.
• Maintain program information within SharePoint and Microsoft 365; manage document libraries, lists, and permissions.
