Job summary

Sunlight Batteries USA is seeking a Production Scheduler to strengthen planning and execution across our manufacturing operations in North Carolina. You will develop daily and weekly production schedules, monitor performance, and align priorities with customer needs and business goals.

You will analyze operational data from SAP and other systems, prepare scheduling reports, and support cross-functional teams including Planning, Production, Materials, and Customer Service.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving with data accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with or exposure to SAP, MRP, ERP systems is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel; Power BI experience is a plus.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing/supply chain planning or related field preferred.
• Internships, co-ops, or transferable experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and adjust daily/weekly production schedules based on demand and capacity.
• Support Site Planners by communicating changes and priorities to Production and stakeholders.
• Monitor schedule performance and identify risks to on-time delivery.
• Coordinate adjustments due to material shortages, labor, or equipment.
• Maintain SAP and ERP data accuracy; support reporting and improvements.
