Job summary

Watkins Wellness is seeking a Production Planner to join the Production team and coordinate schedules, materials, and capacity to meet customer demand. You will partner across departments including Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Marketing to ensure timely and accurate production plans.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in production planning, strong Excel and ERP/MRP skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years in production planning, supply chain, or related planning role.
Strong Excel and ERP/MRP skills are required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage production schedules that align demand, inventory, capacity, and lead times.
Monitor materials, inventory, and performance to identify risks and drive mitigation plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align planning priorities and ensure operational readiness.
Analyze production, inventory, and service levels to translate data into actionable insights.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and planning metrics for decisions.
Utilize ERP/MRP to improve planning processes and optimize performance.
