Watkins Wellness in the United States is seeking a Production Planner to join our production team. You will develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demand while balancing capacity and inventory.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in production planning, strong Excel and ERP/MRP skills, and a collaborative, data-driven approach. Manufacturing experience is preferred but candidates with related planning backgrounds are encouraged.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in production planning or related field.
• Strong Excel and ERP/MRP proficiency.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Production, Supply Chain, and Sales teams.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage schedules and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production schedules aligned to demand and capacity.
• Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, and Sales to ensure on-time execution.
• Analyze material, inventory, and KPI data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor planning performance.
• Support continuous improvement of planning processes using ERP/MRP tools.
