Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or related planning role.
• Strong production scheduling and planning experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills incl. pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, reporting and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production schedules that align demand, inventory targets, capacity and lead times.
• Monitor materials, inventory and performance to identify risks and drive mitigation plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Supply Chain, Sales, Order Fulfillment, Engineering, Quality, Marketing, and Product Management.
• Analyze production, inventory and service-level performance to derive actionable insights for leadership.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards and KPIs to support planning and decision-making.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to improve planning efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
