Job summary

T-Mobile in Overland Park, KS is seeking an analytical professional to support the Field Performance & Analytics team. You will source and organize data from SQL and enterprise reporting platforms, translate business needs into analyses, and build reporting foundations for decision making.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, spend and performance analysis, and developing data-driven materials for vendor negotiations.

Qualifications

• Requires understanding of business requirements and data analysis.
• Proficient in SQL and data visualization to support leadership decisions.
• Experience with enterprise reporting and BI tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Extract and analyze data from SQL and enterprise reporting systems.
• Gather requirements from leadership and stakeholders to define data needs.
• Develop RFP/RFI/RFQ documents and analyze vendor responses.
• Produce spend and performance reports in collaboration with finance partners.
• Create spend baselines and TCO models; maintain data repositories.
• Deliver actionable insights on vendor spend and cost savings.
• Apply AI-assisted tools to improve analysis, reporting, and workflows.
• Support additional projects as assigned.
