Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of work experience or advanced degree with 5+ years in data science/analytics.
• 2+ years developing or validating advertising measurement solutions and experimental design.
• Experience with SQL, Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance and measurement quality.
• Develop and maintain measurement frameworks, data solutions, and dashboards.
• Apply causal inference and experimental design to measure effectiveness and lift.
• Create executive-level presentations to communicate statistical findings to leadership.
• Collaborate across teams to address complex measurement requests.
