Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support strategic sourcing of circuit and connectivity solutions for its nationwide cell site network in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will work with the All Backhaul Technology Procurement team to drive sourcing activities, negotiate contracts, and contribute to cost savings while coordinating with multiple internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of related work experience or equivalent.
• Fields: Telecommunications, Business, Supply Chain, or Information Systems.
• 2+ years in technology sourcing, telecom procurement, or related field.
• Experience with fiber, Ethernet, DIA, or satellite broadband is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead competitive sourcing processes (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs) for backhaul circuits across vendors and geographies.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize Master Service Agreements and service orders with telecom vendors.
• Support NSD program by sourcing backhaul connectivity for new cell sites weekly.
• Manage vendor bids, perform analyses, and drive cost savings in contract renewals.
