Responsibilities

• Extract and analyze data from SQL and enterprise reporting systems to support spend modeling and performance management
• Conduct requirements gathering with leadership and stakeholders to identify data needs and translate them into analytical solutions
• Develop RFP, RFI, RFQ documents; analyze vendor responses; prepare data-driven materials for supplier negotiations
• Produce vendor and category benefits tracking and compliance reports with finance and partners
• Create, maintain, and validate spend baselines and total cost of ownership models; update data repositories
• Deliver actionable insights on vendor and category spend and identify cost savings with sourcing teams
• Apply AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency of analysis, reporting, and documentation workflows
• Support other projects and duties as assigned by business management
