T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Sr Analyst in Overland Park, KS to join Credit Risk Management. You will collect and deliver reporting, design dashboards, and build ETL pipelines across Snowflake, SQL Server, Salesforce, and more. Lead insights with cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Master's degree with 3 years (or a Bachelor's with 5 years) of relevant experience; telecommuting allowed with 3–4 days on-site weekly at Overland Park location.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or foreign equivalent plus 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect, document, and deliver reporting per requirements using reporting tools and complex queries.
• Design, publish dashboards and scorecards to track team KPIs.
• Build and maintain automated ETL procedures for efficiency, accuracy, and reporting integrity.
• Integrate data from Snowflake, SQL Server, SharePoint, and Salesforce; automate data extracts and refresh cycles.
• Create and maintain operational documentation including processes, requirements, and solution designs.
