Qualifications

• At least two years of related procurement or supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven ability to dissect problems, analyze trends, and implement data-driven solutions.
• High degree of accountability and a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, self-motivated mindset.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain digital records of all purchase orders, confirmations, receipts, and shipping documents.
• Manage inventory master records within our ERP system to ensure accurate part numbers, descriptions, and pricing.
• Support the RFP process by sourcing vendors, preparing bid documentation, coordinating supplier communications, and evaluating proposals.
• Analyze spending trends, supplier performance, and market conditions to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Facilitate scheduled and cycle warehouse inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Support budget planning and procurement forecasting.
