Job summary

Procure Analytics is seeking an Operations Analyst to partner with our Member Advisory team in Atlanta and across the US. You will analyze large datasets to uncover savings opportunities in indirect spend, deliver insightful analyses, and present actionable recommendations to Members and internal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes building scalable tools, collaborating with advisors, and driving procurement intelligence to optimize supplier contracts and overall value for our members.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical capabilities with hands-on experience with large datasets.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel: pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal teams, Members, and suppliers.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work on tight timelines.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in analytical work.
• Self-starter who can work independently and own deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Drive Procurement Intelligence by analyzing large datasets to identify savings opportunities across indirect MRO categories.
• Lead end-to-end development of recurring and ad hoc analyses, including savings reports and SKU rationalization.
• Produce clear, executive-ready outputs (Excel, PowerPoint, summaries) for stakeholders.
• Partner with Member Advisors to support procurement strategies and business reviews.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams, Members, and suppliers to gather data and validate assumptions.
• Build standardized tools, templates, and reporting frameworks to improve efficiency.
• Identify opportunities beyond assigned workstreams and support broader team objectives.
