Job summary

Guidehouse Inc. is seeking a Business Process Transformation Consultant to modernize management services for a Federal agency. The role involves documenting as‑is and to‑be processes, standardizing workflows, and driving data‑driven decisions.

You will create dashboards, KPIs, and reports for senior leaders, and facilitate workshops to map current state to future state. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in consulting or related fields are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting, business analysis, or business process mapping.
• Ability to document workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design to-be processes.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) and data-driven decision making.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or active project support improves candidacy.

Responsibilities

• Support modernization of management services for a Federal agency.
• Identify services for business process reengineering and process improvement.
• Create or enhance dashboards, KPIs, and decision-support reporting for senior leaders.
• Apply data analytics to drive efficiency, cost, and time savings.
• Facilitate leadership and team workshops to define future state plans.
• Produce reports, briefings, and actionable recommendations.
