Job summary

Guidehouse Inc. is seeking a professional consultant to lead and support federal law enforcement client initiatives. The role emphasizes data-driven insights, process improvement, automation, and end-to-end solution delivery to improve operations across the enterprise.

The position requires active Top Secret (or DoD) clearance, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), and at least two years in consulting. Experience with Power BI and SharePoint is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; four additional years of professional experience may substitute for a degree.
• Two+ years of consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, actionable insights to leadership by gathering and analyzing data, developing reports, and presenting findings and recommendations.
• Synthesize information quickly, learn new skills, and lead client-facing discussions and meetings.
• Contribute to business process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Create customized tools and reports, including advanced Excel models and PowerPoint presentations.
• Support development and execution of communication plans and rollout activities.
• Assist in development and delivery of training initiatives for enterprise-wide systems and processes.
• Provide knowledge management support by developing SOPs, guides, and user documentation.
• Deliver customer-focused end-user support by identifying issues and performing root-cause analysis.
