The position is full-time, exempt, and hybrid, requiring three days in the NYC office. You will manage data governance, partner contributions, and stakeholder reporting, partnering with senior leaders to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in operations, data management, or related field; nonprofit/educational settings a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM required; familiarity with Tableau, Monday.com, or similar tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data integrity in Salesforce, update records, and audit data for consistency.
• Oversee data standards and governance for partner data and engagement history.
• Collaborate with Finance to manage partner contributions and reconcile data.
• Create and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports for partner health and program outcomes.
• Support cross-functional data requests with accuracy and urgency.
