Job summary

HomeServe USA is seeking a Contractor Operations Claims Analyst to analyze data, perform audits, and improve financial underwriting and operational efficiencies across our contractor network. The role collaborates with Operations and Finance to deliver meaningful reporting and cost-saving insights.

The analyst will produce regular dashboards, monitor trends, and ensure policy terms and rate schedules are followed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance or related field.
• At least 2 years of data analysis, reporting or auditing experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and proficiency in Word/PowerPoint.
• Experience with field service management apps preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use claims data to identify unfavorable trends and opportunities for analysis.
• Conduct audits to assess contractors and internal teams against rate schedules and policy terms.
• Document findings and create action plans for process improvements.
• Develop frameworks to monitor implementation and assess impact on claims.
• Provide insightful summaries to stakeholders with recommended actions.
• Complete audits to remain SOX compliant on a regular cadence.
