Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute recurring operational and performance reports.
• Build KPI dashboards and leadership scorecards.
• Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, and templates.
• Lead or coordinate company-wide operational projects from planning to implementation.
• Partner with HR on onboarding, training, and people operations.
