Job summary

Sage Veterinary Imaging seeks an Operations Manager to support practice sites and Sage Veterinary Academy by organizing systems, processes, reporting, and projects. This role turns leadership priorities into documented workflows and coordinates execution, providing managers with timely information across departments.

The Operations Manager serves as a company-wide resource; the COO assigns priorities based on evolving needs, including SVA and company support, with a focus on data-driven

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, operations, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in human or animal healthcare.
  • At least three years of experience in business operations, operational management, project coordination, BI/data management, or a related role.
  • Working knowledge of AI tools, including using them to support workflows, develop scripts or automations, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency with common business software, including spreadsheets, presentation tools, shared documents, project management platforms, and communication systems.
  • Experience managing data, preparing reports, building or maintaining dashboards, and analyzing operational metrics.
  • Strong organization, written communication, follow-through, and ability to coordinate work across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Pull, prepare, and distribute recurring reports (NPS, capacity, metrics).
  • Own business analytics, identify trends, issues, and blockages; leverage data.
  • Prepare KPI dashboards and scorecards for leadership; track data quality.
  • Monitor NPS concerns; coordinate follow-ups with managers.
  • Run and support EOS L10 meetings, agendas, scorecards, action items.
  • Prepare and run monthly all-hands meetings with agenda; coordinate speakers.
