Job summary

Veterinary Specialty Healthcare seeks a highly organized Business Operations Manager to streamline operations, systems, reporting, onboarding, and company-wide projects across multiple locations. This role works closely with senior leadership to keep initiatives moving.

You will build KPI dashboards, produce recurring reports, manage SOPs, onboarding, training, and cross-functional processes. Strong analytics and data-driven decision-making are essential; relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, operations, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in human or animal healthcare.
• 3+ years of experience in business operations, operational management, project coordination, business intelligence/data management, or related role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute recurring operational and performance reports.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards and leadership scorecards.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate system implementations, documentation, training, and ongoing support.
• Lead or coordinate company-wide operational projects from planning through implementation.
• Track project owners, deadlines, decisions, deliverables, and results.
