Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership, supervisory or management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced operational environment.
• Experience in veterinary medicine, animal care or healthcare is strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage staffing, workflow and competing operational priorities.
• Demonstrated leadership, decision-making and people development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop and hold team members accountable for performance and TCAP standards.
• Own daily clinic operations, patient/client flow and resource allocation to maximize throughput.
• Analyze financial and operational metrics and implement action plans to improve results.
• Deliver professional client service and clear client communication for patient care.
• Maintain safety procedures, cleanliness, equipment readiness and readiness for daily volume.
• Represent TCAP in the community and travel to other clinic locations as needed.
