Job summary

FUJIFILM Sonosite is hiring a Data Analyst to partner with Sales Operations, Sales, Product, Marketing, and R&D to deliver insights and automate reporting. You will build dashboards in Tableau, develop forecast models, and load pricing data into Oracle and Salesforce.

The role emphasizes automation to reduce manual work and improve data-informed decisions. You will work with GA4, Eloqua, Qualtrics, and Oracle EBS, turning complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership and teams

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud reporting (leads, opportunities, quotes).
• Experience with Oracle Eloqua for email marketing reporting and analytics.
• Experience with GA4 for web analytics.
• Familiarity with Oracle EBS and data governance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards/reports in Tableau Server for cross-functional decisions.
• Translate business questions into actionable analyses through stakeholder collaboration.
• Develop forecast models and own end-to-end forecasting with inputs from multiple teams.
• Create pricing models and validate margins with Oracle/Salesforce data loads.
• Pull/analyze Salesforce leads, opportunities, quotes to support sales reporting.
• Analyze email marketing with Oracle Eloqua and track campaign metrics.
• Analyze GA4 data to support marketing/product decisions.
• Design surveys in Qualtrics and turn results into recommendations.
• Utilize Excel for ad hoc analysis and stakeholder deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports and minimize manual work.
• Collaborate with Data Governance for reliable data pipelines and data ingestion.
