Heartflow is seeking an Operations Data Analyst to deliver data-driven insights that improve quality, automation, and efficiency across our operations team. You will build interactive dashboards using Tableau, Excel, and Google Sheets, translating complex metrics into clear narratives for leadership.

Responsibilities include data integration from ADP and internal sources, partnering with Technology to explore automation, and supporting process engineering with analytics to identify bottlenecks

Qualifications

• Education: S. or M.S. in a scientific, technical, or quantitative field.
• 2–4+ years of data analytics experience or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Create operations dashboards and visualizations to tell data-driven stories.
• Integrate data from ADP, Smarteeva, and internal sources for decision-making.
• Present insights to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Audit dashboards for data integrity and maintain analytics over time.
