Job summary

Fujifilm North America Corporation is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to consolidate Sales, Purchasing and Inventory reporting across our U.S. and global BID teams, turning diverse data sources into accurate insights.

You will build dashboards, analyze trends, and partner with stakeholders to drive cost reductions and growth, leveraging SQL, SAP BI and Power BI, with a hybrid work arrangement from our Valhalla, NY headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data-related field; or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in data analysis, reporting, and database management.
• Proficient in SQL 2017+ and SAP BI/R3.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Strong communication for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Compile monthly/quarterly/annual BID reports for Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory.
• Gather, analyze, and visualize data to identify trends and KPIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions.
• Create dashboards to help stakeholders understand performance metrics.
• Provide ad-hoc management reporting and recommendations.
• Coordinate with IT on data files and report automation.
• Train users on report production and usage.
