Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Education, Health Promotion, Human Resources, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and research evidence-based well-being programs aligned with client priorities.
• Develop and implement targeted programs addressing key areas of employee well-being.
• Create clear communication strategies to promote well-being programs across multiple channels.
• Identify external partners and manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Establish metrics for participation, engagement, and outcomes; report findings to stakeholders.
• Serve as a strategic well-being advisor and develop an annual roadmap with the client.
