Evidence-Based Well-Being Program Assessment & Strategy: Research, evaluate, and recommend evidence-based well‑being programs aligned with employee needs and organizational priorities.
Program Development and Implementation: Create programs that support a healthy, inclusive, and sustainable workplace culture; promote long‑term behavior change.
Communication & Engagement: Develop targeted communications to reflect the client’s culture; use multiple channels to maximize reach and engagement.
Strategic Partner & Vendor Management: Identify and manage external partners and vendors to support well‑being needs; monitor performance.
Measurement Program Evaluation: Establish goals and metrics; analyze results and translate data into actionable insights.
Well‑Being Strategy & Client Consultation: Serve as strategic advisor; develop annual roadmaps and present recommendations to leadership.
Internal Responsibilities: Attend required training and meetings; process program-related expenses.
