Job summary

Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company is seeking a dedicated Well-Being Program Manager to co-create a comprehensive, data-driven well-being strategy for a client in Miami-Dade County, FL. You will partner with Risk and Benefits Management, Cigna Health Coaches, and external vendors to deliver a population-wide program.

Responsibilities include strategy research, program development, engaging communications, and vendor management to drive healthy behaviors across dispersed employee groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Education, Health Promotion, Human Resources, or related field is required.
• 3–5+ years in corporate wellness, health promotion, benefits, HR, or related fields.
• On-site in Miami-Dade County, FL up to 4 days/week; local travel in Miami-Dade County.
• Professional wellness certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and research evidence-based well-being programs and strategies using claims, engagement, and population health data.
• Develop and implement targeted programs addressing Workplace Culture, Well-Being Engagement, and Behavior Change.
• Create clear, concise communications across channels to promote programs and maximize reach.
