Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking an experienced merchandising leader to drive the annual plan with Walmart Operations Leadership, spanning multiple departments at Tyson and Walmart. You will build strong partnerships with Walmart stakeholders and leverage data-driven insights to develop regional opportunities.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Tyson teams and external partners to deliver sustained results and effective store execution. Domestic travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of industry experience preferred; CPG/food familiarity is a plus.
• 2-3 years direct sales experience with Walmart and/or Sam's is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional merchandising initiatives and growth planning.
• Conduct regular business reviews with Walmart Operations using data insights.
• Collaborate across teams to develop and execute merchandising programs and 30-60-90 plans.
• Engage internal and external teams to ensure flawless execution.
• Oversee a 3rd party merchandising partner to deliver store excellence.
• Utilize KPIs from data sources to identify regional growth opportunities and craft sales stories.
