Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business or related field OR 2 years' experience in business or related area.
• Experience with eCommerce, marketplaces, or omni-channel retail.
• Strong Excel skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop account strategies by analyzing pricing rules and sales data to identify opportunities.
• Manage relationships with retail partners, distributors, and brands to resolve escalated issues.
• Support partner integration by researching requirements and onboarding processes.
• Monitor KPIs and generate reports to track partnership performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address partner questions and optimize subcategory results.
• Coach and mentor teammates to build skills and improve performance.
• Provide guidance to support business solutions aligned with company policies.
