Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Lead Analyst to drive data products and analytics for the Beef & Pork division. You will partner with business and IT leaders to translate requirements, shape data and reporting solutions, and deliver insights that support operations and enterprise initiatives.

The role requires strong problem solving, business context understanding, and the ability to influence data strategy, governance, and how analytics accelerates business results across functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in information systems or a related area with business analytics background.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• Deep knowledge of IT standards, data modeling, and analytics delivery.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into data products and roadmaps.
