Job summary

Mettler-Toledo International, Inc is seeking a Marketing/Data Analyst to support reporting, campaign planning, and copywriting across MarCom initiatives. You will work closely with the MarCom Manager to produce accurate data insights and compelling content.

Ideal candidates have a BS degree in marketing or related fields, 5+ years’ experience, and strong Excel, data analysis, and communication skills. Expect cross-functional collaboration and autonomous work within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or similar preferred.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Demonstration Bus Program, including compiling driver logs and fuel purchases; submitting quarterly taxes; creating/updating survey forms and ensuring all leads are submitted in proper format.
• Assist with copywriting for newsletters, email campaigns, advertisements, and social media.
• Maintain lists and forms for Bus program as sales representatives change.
• Create PowerPoint presentations and marketing reports on regular and ad-hoc basis and distribute as necessary.
• Act as lead entry champion: train global entry team, back up lead entry, and track KPIs.
• Format leads from external sources (trade shows, emails, advertising) and ensure all are entered.
• Pull contact lists for all campaigns; submit local email campaigns monthly.
• Monitor marketing email in-boxes; provide back up support for Events specialist.
