Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Analytics, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years in marketing analytics, BI, or data analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills required; experience with GA4 is a must.
• Experience with at least one visualization tool (Power BI/Tableau/Looker Studio).
• Knowledge of SQL and CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing campaign performance across email, SMS, paid ads, social, SEO, and other channels.
• Monitor KPIs: CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, and memberships.
• Develop, maintain dashboards and recurring reports for leadership.
• Forecast campaign performance and sales trends; identify growth opportunities.
• Present findings clearly to leadership; ensure data accuracy across platforms.
