• SQL or database query experience is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel ~25% to domestic plants.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation and maintenance of MES and ERP systems.
• Collect, analyze, and report manufacturing data to identify trends and improvements.
• Troubleshoot system issues with IT and vendors; provide timely resolution.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for operations leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, quality, and IT.
