Equiliem seeks a Continuous Improvement (CI) Coordinator to support Operational Excellence initiatives in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will work hands-on with Lean principles, manufacturing processes, data analysis, and cross-functional teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement.

The role includes Kaizen action items, shop-floor productivity projects, Lean implementation, basic problem solving, and data collection to develop SPC charts, requiring strong collaboration and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in a related engineering discipline.
Experience as Industrial Engineer in a manufacturing setting.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with CI, Operations, and Quality teams to drive improvement.
Support Lean Manufacturing tools and process improvements across the site.
Collect, analyze, and interpret manufacturing data to inform decisions.
