Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
3+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, BI, or a related role.
Strong proficiency in SQL/T-SQL and relational databases.
3+ years of Power BI experience, including advanced DAX and Power Query.
Strong understanding of data modeling and Star Schema design.
Python programming experience required.
Experience developing data pipelines, ETL processes, or automated reporting solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain data models and pipelines connecting MRP, Financial, Sales, and Engineering/R&D systems.
Design structured data models, including relational and Star Schema architectures, to support reporting and analytics.
Write and optimize SQL/T-SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
Develop ETL/data transformation processes using Power Query, Python, or other appropriate tools.
Build, maintain, and continuously improve automated data and document management workflows.
Establish data-quality checks and processes to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable reporting.
Identify opportunities to automate manual data, reporting, and business processes.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for plant and business leadership.
Production and operational performance metrics, inventory and supply chain metrics, financial and business performance, and sales/CS metrics.
Develop advanced DAX measures and Power Query transformations.
Optimize Power BI models and reports for performance and usability.
Establish consistent KPI definitions and reporting standards.
