Job summary

JobDiva, Inc. in Syracuse, NY seeks an Operations Performance Specialist for a 6‑month contract to drive data‑driven improvements across the manufacturing network. You will develop analytics, dashboards, and tools to raise capacity, set realistic targets, improve schedule attainment, and reduce backlog.

The role partners with plant leadership and cross‑functional teams, leveraging SAP data and Power BI to transform complex data into actionable decisions that boost service and throughput.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or analytical field is required.
• Minimum 1 year in manufacturing, operations, or data analytics with process improvement.
• Experience turning data into actionable insights for leadership decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytical tools and models to evaluate capacity, bottlenecks, and throughput.
• Create standardized production targets based on labor, equipment, and constraints.
• Conduct capacity analysis to increase output and improve resource use.
• Develop capacity plans with plant leadership to meet demand and objectives.
• Build dashboards and scorecards to improve service levels and reduce backlog.
• Analyze demand, production, inventory, and orders to identify root causes.
• Monitor KPIs and recommend actions to accelerate service recovery.
• Lead data governance and SAP data integration across reporting tools.
• Support continuous improvement through data collection and measurement.
