Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer – Chemical in Deland, FL. The role supports chemical manufacturing, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives using DBS.

You will collaborate with Operations, Quality, EHS, Supply Chain, and R&D to drive safety, quality, and productivity, reporting to the Engineering Manager, and working on-site in Deland, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 2–5+ years of process engineering or chemical processing experience.
• Knowledge of process optimization and statistical analysis.
• Experience with manufacturing documentation and SOPs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for daily manufacturing operations and chemical production processes.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, SOPs, and process controls.
• Analyze process performance and ensure EHS/regulatory compliance.
• Support troubleshooting of chemical systems and wastewater treatment.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement CAPA.
• Design and execute process validation and continuous improvement projects.
• Utilize Lean DBS tools to eliminate waste and improve performance.
• Prepare technical reports and work instructions.
