Responsibilities

• Review, update, and make recommendations on company policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities, risks, and provide recommendations.
• Create monthly reports for leadership on key findings and assessments.
• Enhance workflow and cross-departmental engagements.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve cost-effectiveness across multiple areas.
• Plan and conduct work requiring independent evaluation.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Coordinate resources to ensure project timelines and organizational goals are met.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and assist with audits as necessary.
• Coordinate inventory movement with materials management.
• Assist with updating O&M and project forecast for current year.
• Schedule trainings and other events as needed.
• Serve as liaison at community events and with field locations.
• Collaborate on process and software enhancements.
