Job summary

STARPLUS ENERGY, LLC is seeking a Management Systems Specialist to turn raw data into actionable insights and build effective reporting for the Strategic Resource Operations (SRO) team. You will develop presentations in PowerPoint and maintain documentation while coordinating with multiple departments.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years of related experience, and strong MS Office and BI tool skills. Travel is minimal; role supports manufacturing operations in Indiana.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and strong analytical capabilities.
• Proven ability to analyze data, generate insights and prepare reports.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with BI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SRO team to produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports on safety, quality, and KPIs.
• Maintain SRO calendar for meetings, training, time off, and events.
• Serve as a communication bridge between SRO and other departments to improve data quality.
• Review and track employee training requirements for the SRO team.
• Perform data analysis with Excel, Power BI, Python, Tableau or similar tools to support decisions.
• Order consumables and manage material receipts in SPE systems.
• Ensure compliance with quality management system requirements and regulations.
• Oversee controlled documents for the SRO team and update as needed.
• Back up SRO planning and logistics as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
