Responsibilities

• Support P&C and Production staff with market information and research.
• Prepare high-quality competitive market selections per procedures.
• Gather quotations and declinations to develop marketing strategies and negotiate pricing.
• Rate new and renewal policies on mid-large size accounts and complete required docs.
• Market new and renewal accounts according to procedures.
• Prepare proposals for discussion and presentation.
• Maintain internal databases and related reports; ensure compliance.
• Develop relationships with underwriters, brokers, producers, and account managers.
