Job summary

TOTE Resources LLC in Tacoma, WA seeks an HR Systems & Reporting Specialist to own HRIS administration, reporting, and data governance. This hybrid role partners with HR, Payroll, IT and Finance to ensure data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and insightful workforce analytics.

The ideal candidate brings experience with ADP, Cornerstone, and AwardCo, plus strong reporting and data integrity capabilities to drive HR insights and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in HRIS administration, HR operations, HR technology
• Experience administering and supporting HR systems and technology platforms
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
• Experience generating and validating HR reports and workforce metrics
• Advanced attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
• Strong data entry and auditing experience
• Knowledge of HR compliance regulations (EEO, ACA, VETS, HIPAA)

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support HR systems (ADP, Cornerstone, AwardCo)
• Troubleshoot system issues and implement enhancements in collaboration with IT and stakeholders
• Support system upgrades, testing, integrations, and new functionality implementations
• Maintain HR system configurations and ensure optimum performance
• Manage data feeds and interfaces between HR, Payroll, Benefits and other systems
• Provide user support and guidance on HR systems across the organization
• Generate, validate, and distribute recurring and ad hoc HR reports
• Translate workforce data into actionable insights for decision-making
• Assist with compliance reporting and audits
