Devoted Health Services, Inc in Massachusetts is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to join our Growth Marketing team. This hands-on role supports multi-channel campaigns across Meta, YouTube, Search, and more, partnering with creative and compliance teams to deliver high-quality ads and ROI.

You\'ll analyze performance with Looker and Google Sheets, manage campaigns via Monday.com, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize our brand and outcomes in a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, or operations.
• Experience managing paid media campaigns and knowledge of mar-tech platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Hubspot, GTM).
• Knowledge of measurement and optimization strategies and tools (A/B testing, attribution models, tracking pixels).
• Experience with project management tools (Monday.com or Asana).
• Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Job Description A bit about this role: We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to join our Growth Marketing team.

The growth marketing team is responsible for acquiring new customers and strategically deploying a multi-million dollar advertising budget.

We work cross-functionally as a team to achieve growth and ROI goals, while building a culture of intellectual honesty, analytical rigor, collaboration, and entrepreneurialism.

This is a hands-on, detail-intensive role in a regulated industry.

You need to be comfortable toggling between creative conversations about ad design and deep-in-the-weeds campaign set up and ad operations.

The ideal candidate can communicate with both left and right brained colleagues, and is excited about making numbers go up.

You’re a master of the details, and can also talk about the big picture.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, or marketing operations
• Previous experience managing paid media campaigns and knowledge of the mar-tech ecosystem (ex: Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Hubspot, Google Tag Manager)
• Working knowledge on digital marketing measurement and optimization strategies and tools such as A/B testing, attribution models, tracking pixels.
• Experience with project management tools (ex: Monday.com or Asana)
• An extremely keen eye for detail and the ability to keep multiple projects organized and moving forward on schedule
• Persistence in problem-solving; willing to “try things out” and iterate to find solutions
• Flexible and willing to adapt approach based on performance and business goals
• Proactive, self-motivated learner who enjoys honing their craft and becoming better each day
• Collaborative team player, ability to work well with others, excellent communication

Salary range: $58,000 - $96,000 annually

The pay range listed for this position is the range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting. Once the interview process begins, your talent partner will provide additional information on the compensation for the role, along with additional information on our total rewards package. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
