Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising or performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with paid search, paid social, programmatic, and CTV/OLV.
• Proficiency in analyzing campaign data to inform recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Manage budgets, bids, audiences, keywords, placements, and tracking.
• Monitor pacing, delivery, and performance to meet KPIs.
• Document optimizations and changes clearly.
• Collaborate with teams and vendors for tagging, ad serving, and verification.
• Present findings and actionable insights to clients.
