Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin's Texas One Stop on UT Main Campus is seeking a Graduation Success Coordinator to promote on-time degree completion.

You will analyze data, conduct proactive outreach, and provide individualized support, partnering with students, advisors and campus stakeholders to identify solutions.

The role supports enrollment services and a collaborative, student-centered team, with responsibilities spanning data reporting, counseling, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4 years of related experience in advising or student services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Office Suite; organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and time-management skills; able to multi-task.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and provide data, reports, and summaries for initiatives, with accurate record-keeping and analysis.
• Review degree audits, course registration and student records to identify graduation barriers.
• Support initiatives to improve four-year graduation rate with proactive outreach and 1:1 student meetings.
• Counsel students on enrollment services during peak periods and address diverse needs.
• Participate on cross-functional committees and manage office procedures and data integrity.
