Job summary

Pattern seeks a Fulfillment Brand Manager in Lehi, Utah, to drive growth for a portfolio of brand partners through best-in-class 3PL logistics and fulfillment strategies. You will serve as the primary liaison between Pattern's fulfillment partners and our logistics infrastructure, overseeing daily operations with a focus on inventory management and order flow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain efforts — 3PL or high-stakes environment preferred.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for partner management.
• Familiarity with Amazon FBA/FBM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day logistics inquiries and fulfillment operations across Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify.
• Oversee partner onboarding into Pattern's 3PL systems.
• Monitor inventory flow, shipping accuracy, and fulfillment speed.
• Collaborate with Operations and Advertising to ensure stock readiness for campaigns.
• Develop strategic plans to scale partner accounts through Pattern's distribution network.
• Gather logistics data to deliver meaningful performance insights to brand partners.
