Job summary

Pattern in Lehi, Utah, is seeking an experienced Art Director to lead development and execution of world-class ecommerce strategies and visual assets for partner brands. This full-time, hybrid role collaborates with a data-driven creative team to translate client style guides into compelling campaigns.

You will mentor junior designers, direct photo and video shoots, present work to brands, and own large-scale production with hundreds of deliverables, maintaining strict attention to typography

Qualifications

• BFA degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 4-7 years of progressive graphic design experience, 2+ in a senior role.
• Advanced typography skills are a must.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Google Workspace, and MS Office.
• Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and organization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative strategy or e-commerce optimization background is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of world-class ecommerce strategies and visual asset creation.
• Oversee and design assets within client style guides and direct a team of designers.
• Present work to brands with a strong design perspective and data-driven rationale.
• Own large-scale production projects with hundreds of deliverables.
• Mentor junior designers to build their skills and capabilities.
• Direct photo shoots, video shoots, shot lists, and production tasks.
• Create comprehensive creative briefs for production projects.
• Collaborate with partners and executives to implement actionable solutions.
