Mechanical One is seeking a Fleet Analyst to monitor, evaluate, and optimize vehicle and equipment operations in Orlando, FL. This in-office role targets a current Finance/Accounting student or recent graduate with strong Excel, data analysis, and fleet-tracking skills.

The position offers part-time or full-time flexibility to accommodate school schedules, with exposure to finance, operations, and growth within a fast-growing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical platform.

• Strong in Excel (formulas and pivots).

• Proficient with fleet tracking platforms (Geotab, Samsara, Fleetio), advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivots), and data viz tools (Tableau or Power BI).
• You currently live in the Orlando, FL area.

Our Fleet Analyst is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and optimizing a company’s vehicle and equipment operations through data-driven insights. They analyze key performance metrics—such as fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, lifecycle costs, and asset utilization to reduce corporate expenses, improve logistical productivity, and ensure full regulatory compliance.
