Job summary

JPMorgan Chase seeks an Associate in Financial Analytics Solutions to deliver timely financial results and strengthen data controls across Finance and Technology. You will automate workflows and support regulatory reporting enhancements while driving end-to-end data quality improvements.

You will own data pipelines, partner with tech to implement scalable data model changes, and translate complex analyses into clear reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong SQL and relational database skills with experience handling large datasets.
• Experience with Alteryx, SAS, or Python to build repeatable workflows.
• Experience with data lineage, metadata, and data dictionaries.
• Experience designing and maintaining controls aligned with audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly and monthly financial results with accuracy and timeliness.
• Operate data pipelines, resolve data issues, and maintain runbooks.
• Strengthen data controls, including reconciliations and lineage verification.
• Automate manual workflows using Alteryx, Python, and SAS.
• Partner with Technology to deliver data model and system enhancements.
• Analyze large datasets and translate findings into decision-ready reports.
• Contribute to metadata and data lineage documentation and AI use cases.
