Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years in financial planning, analysis, or finance.
• Ability to produce executive-ready narratives and visuals from data.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for large orgs.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; dashboarding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and outlook updates for tech and product expenses.
• Analyze variances, trends, risks, opportunities, and performance versus budget/forecast.
• Create executive-ready materials with clear narratives and visuals.
• Synthesize data into structured frameworks to inform business cases and reporting.
• Coordinate vendor financial management activities with sourcing and partners.
• Maintain financial hygiene across recurring processes including accruals.
• Evaluate business-case opportunities, including AI initiatives, for value.
• Deliver ad hoc analysis for key functional areas and identify efficiency gains.
• Track headcount and hiring plans; partner with HR on workforce planning.
• Produce capacity views aligned to product/platform priorities; assist backfill planning.
• Improve reporting workflows through automation and standardized templates.
