Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related quantitative field.
• 2+ years of experience in finance analytics, FP&A, or related role.
• Proficiency with SQL and Databricks for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial and operational analyses to identify trends, drivers, risks, opportunities, and recommendations that support business decisions and financial outcomes.
• Partner with finance leaders, clients, and stakeholders to understand priorities, define analytical needs, and provide clear decision support.
• Use SQL and Databricks to source, validate, organize, and analyze large datasets and translate findings into narratives and visuals for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Investigate and resolve data, reporting, and process issues across systems by collaborating with technology teams and SMEs; support recurring and ad hoc reporting and planning deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and strengthen financial analytics, reporting processes, and controls.
• Build trusted relationships across finance, business, and technology teams and evolve analytics capabilities toward AI-enabled tools.
