Job summary

FUSE Corps seeks an Executive Fellow to advance regional transportation governance in Northwest Arkansas through a two-year fellowship. The fellow will work with NWARPC to translate growth into a durable governance model, coordinating with municipal leaders, state officials, and community partners.

Responsibilities include discovery, strategy development, and public engagement, with deliverables that shape potential voter consideration and long-term regional resilience.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in organizational transformation and change management.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations and action plans.
• Proven track record in strategic and operational project management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough data analytics and research to inform governance decisions.
• Develop and refine operating and financial models for regional governance initiatives.
• Build change-management and strategic planning processes across multiple jurisdictions.
• Foster coalitions and engagements among governments, communities, and other stakeholders.
• Support structured engagement with elected officials and regional partners to align goals.
